OUR MISSION
At Spotted Frog, our mission is to provide tamariki with a safe, engaging, and inspiring place to grow, explore, and build confidence for school and beyond.
Guided by our philosophy, we focus on nurturing strong relationships, collaborative learning, and self-awareness. Our tamariki are encouraged to express their ideas, show kindness and empathy, and celebrate their unique place in the world.
As a family-run centre, community is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll often find us out and about in Māngere Bridge — joining in local events, connecting with whānau, and strengthening the ties that shape our centre.
We’re proud to be a place where children feel supported, teachers are valued, and families feel truly welcome.
OUR JOURNEY
Nestled at the foot of Māngere Mountain, Spotted Frog is a purpose-built early childhood centre designed with tamariki at the heart of every detail.
Our thoughtfully curated spaces – both indoors and out – are made to spark curiosity, support creativity, and foster a deep sense of belonging.
We first opened our doors in 2015 and have proudly served our local whānau ever since. In 2024, Emma took over as owner and Centre Director. Under her leadership, Spotted Frog continues as a family-run centre grounded in community connection and a genuine passion for learning.
